By establishing partnerships with various distributors and manufacturers that are willing to uphold the standards of Basement Depot, we are able to provide the consumer with a large selection of quality products and merchandise that can be purchased with confidence - you have the knowledge that anything you purchase at BasementDepot is backed by one of the industries leading standards.
In order to sell products at Basement Depot, our partners must agree to:
- Ship any product ordered within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is not able to be shipped within 72 hrs, the company must contact the consumer, provide an explanation and offer a full refund.
- Provide a satisfaction guarantee with complete refund if the item is returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Provide a minimum of a 30-day product replacement guarantee for defective, damaged, or otherwise faulty merchandise.
- Provide a minimum of a 90-day warranty on all products and merchandise sold. This warranty may be a manufacturer's warranty, or if one is not available, warranted by the partner.
